Important Notice

Furion Old is a server dedicated to Tibia 7.4 that encourages participation from diverse players, combining elements of rivalry and teamwork. To ensure balanced fun for the entire community, the following rules have been established and must be strictly followed.

The administrative team has full authority to act against any harmful conduct observed in the game environment, web platform, or other official channels. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in consequences that include: formal notices, temporary or permanent suspensions.

1. CHARACTER NAMES

Names containing the following are prohibited:

a) Offensive Content
- Insults, profanity, or obscene language
- Racist or discriminatory terms
- References to dictators, notorious criminals, or infamous figures
- Sexual, sexist, or body-part-related content
- References to illegal drugs

b) Harassment and Threats
- Names created to harass specific players
- Names containing real-life threats
- Imitations of other players' names to confuse or deceive

c) Prohibited Advertising
- Brands, products, or third-party services
- References to other games or servers
- Mentions of real money transactions

d) Identity Falsification
- Names suggesting membership in the team (GM, Admin, Tutor, etc.)
- Names imitating official server positions

e) Invalid Format
- Meaningless letter combinations (e.g., 'Asdfghjkl')
- Poorly formatted names or sentence fragments

2. CHEATING AND ILLEGAL SOFTWARE USE

a) Bots and Automation
Use of bots, macros, or any form of automation is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- Prohibited: smart mice, keyboard shortcuts external to the client, scripts
- EXCEPTION: Remapping extra mouse buttons (side buttons) to valid keys (A-Z, F1-F12, Enter, etc.) configured in the official client is permitted

b) Multi-Client
Each person may only have three (3) characters online at a time, regardless of how many computers or connections you possess.

c) Bug Abuse
- Exploiting game errors (bugs) is prohibited
- If you find a bug, report it immediately to the team
- Using bugs for item duplication or unfair advantage results in banishment
- Intentional abuse of gameplay flaws to harm other players

d) Client Modification and Additional Software
- Manipulating the official client or using additional programs is prohibited
- Running the client on virtual machines is prohibited
- Illegal programs detected even in the background will result in punishment
- Using automation to collect player information from the website is prohibited

e) VPN, Proxy, and Masked Connections
- Using VPN, VPS, or proxy to play is prohibited
- Services like ExitLag, NoPing, and similar ones that mask your IP are prohibited
- Exception: Legitimate connections to reduce latency may be allowed with prior team approval

f) Hacking
- Attempting to steal accounts or data from other players
- Attempting to invade server systems
- These violations may result in legal action

3. IN-GAME BEHAVIOR

a) Blockades and Obstructions
- Blocking passages is only permitted with a single character
- In situations of war or conflict, exceptions may be applied
- Obstructions made with clear intent to indefinitely imprison players within the PZ will be punished
- Blocking passages during PvP is permitted, as long as it is part of combat dynamics
- Blockades in Rookgaard are strictly prohibited (progressive banishment)

b) Destructive Behavior
- Using other players' names to apply scams
- The team reserves the right to punish inadequate behaviors not explicitly mentioned

c) Account Sharing
- Not encouraged nor will be supported by the team
- You are responsible for all actions performed on your account
- The team will not intervene in cases of theft through sharing
- We strongly recommend keeping your account private

4. PLAYER KILLING (PK)

a) Death Limits (Frags)
- An automatic banning system exists for excessive kills
- Limits: 6 daily kills, 20 weekly kills, 40 monthly kills
- Use the !frags command in-game to check your status
- Killing characters with a skull does not count toward the limit
- Automatic banishment upon exceeding established limits

5. COMMUNICATION AND STATEMENTS

a) Spam
- Excessively repeating identical or similar messages is prohibited
- Using poorly formatted or nonsensical text is prohibited

b) Offensive and Discriminatory Statements
- Insults based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, health condition, or disability are STRICTLY PROHIBITED
- Racist statements will not be tolerated
- Real-life threats result in severe punishment
- Sexual, offensive, or drug-related content is prohibited

c) Grave Accusations and Defamation
Making serious public accusations that may damage other players' reputation is prohibited.
- Examples include accusations related to crimes, socially reprehensible behavior, vices, illnesses, or any claim that impacts someone's moral integrity
- Such accusations must be made exclusively through official channels to the team
- False or malicious accusations will be treated as serious violations
- These rules apply even in jest, sarcasm, or joking
NOTE: Common insults and provocations are part of the game and will not be punished, as long as they do not involve grave accusations

6. ADVERTISING AND COMMERCE

a) Real Money Trading (RMT)
STRICTLY PROHIBITED to buy, sell, or trade:
- Accounts or characters
- Game items
- Gold or game currency
- Power leveling or quest services
Both advertiser and buyer will be punished

b) Legitimate Commerce
- All commerce must be conducted using only in-game resources
- Trading items for gold/items is permitted
- Negotiations must be conducted through in-game channels

7. RELATIONSHIP WITH TEAM AND GAMEMASTER

a) Identity Falsification
- Pretending to be a team member (GM, Admin, Tutor) is prohibited
- Claiming influence over administration decisions is prohibited

b) Threats to the Team
- Any threat to team members is strictly prohibited
- Attempts at blackmail or pressure will not be tolerated
- May result in permanent banishment and legal action

c) False Information
Providing false information in:
- Rule violation reports
- Bug reports
- Support tickets
- Complaints or denunciations is prohibited

10. PUNISHMENTS AND RULE ENFORCEMENT

Types of Punishment
- Warning
- Temporary banishment (from hours to days)
- Long-term banishment (weeks to months)
- Permanent banishment (permanent exclusion)
- Character or account deletion

Punishment Criteria
- Severity of the violation
- Player's history
- Impact caused to the community
- Recidivism
Punishment is determined by the Furion Old team and may be applied without prior warning in serious cases.

Final Provisions

Important: These rules may be changed at any time. All changes will be announced on the official website.

Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from punishment. The team may take action against inadequate behaviors not explicitly mentioned.

Play fair, respect other players, and have fun in a fair and competitive environment.
