1.1 Furion Old ("Game" or "Service") is an online multiplayer role-playing game provided by the Furion Old Administration. 2.2 Use of the game software is entirely at your own risk. Furion Old does not warrant that the software, website, game, or your account will operate uninterrupted, error-free, securely, or free from viruses or malicious code.

2.3 The server administrator is not responsible for events of force majeure or acts beyond reasonable control, including technical failures, third-party attacks (hacking, DDoS), internet service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect service availability.

3.1 Furion Old is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the game, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of items, loss of characters, loss of accounts, or other game-related losses.

3.2 The server administrator's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Furion Old in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.

3.3 The user assumes all risks associated with the use of the game and service. Any loss of game assets, account access, or character data due to any cause whatsoever is the sole responsibility of the user.

4.1 You agree to comply with all server rules, game policies, and applicable laws while using Furion Old. Failure to comply may result in account suspension, character deletion, or permanent ban without warning or refund.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your account information with other players.

4.3 You agree not to engage in cheating, exploiting bugs, using third-party software modifications, or employing any unauthorized tools to gain unfair advantages in the game.

4.4 You agree not to engage in harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any behavior that creates a hostile environment for other players. The administrative team reserves the right to take appropriate action.

4.5 You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or disruption of game servers, databases, or website infrastructure. Such actions are illegal and will be reported to appropriate authorities.

5.1 Account suspension or termination may occur at the sole discretion of Furion Old for violations of these Terms, server rules, or applicable law. No refunds will be issued for suspended or terminated accounts.

5.2 The server administrator reserves the right to delete inactive accounts after a specified period of inactivity to maintain server resources. You will be notified of the deletion policy via email or website announcement.

5.3 Characters may be renamed, deleted, or modified by administrators to maintain server integrity, remove offensive names, or for technical reasons. No compensation will be provided for such actions.

5.4 You acknowledge that all game data, including items, experience, and achievements, are stored on Furion Old servers. The server administrator is not responsible for loss of such data due to server errors, maintenance, or any other cause.

6.1 Furion Old respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection regulations. Your personal data will be collected, stored, and processed exclusively for service-related purposes and to improve your gaming experience.

6.2 The server administrator is not responsible for damages resulting from security breaches caused by third parties or from negligence on your part in protecting your account credentials.

7.1 All content, graphics, logos, designs, music, and software on Furion Old, including game mechanics and storyline, are the intellectual property of Furion Old and its licensors, or are used with proper authorization.

7.3 You retain ownership of any original content you create in-game (in-game conversations, player-created designs, etc.), but you grant Furion Old a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use such content for service improvement purposes.
